About the Role
Clarvida is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support to children and adolescents with autism and behavioral or emotional challenges. Under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant, you will help clients work toward treatment goals that promote independence and reduce the need for intervention.
You will collaborate closely with families and educators, using positive reinforcement, modeling, and skill-building techniques to support progress in safe, structured environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct behavioral support to children and adolescents
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a Behavioral Consultant
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support clients in home, school, and community settings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (40-hour paid training provided)
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks
