About the Role
Clarvida is seeking an Autism Case Manager / Coordinator to support individuals and families navigating autism services. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination between families, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, internal teams, and insurance providers to ensure services run smoothly, compliantly, and without disruption.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining clear and supportive communication with families and providers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for families, explaining autism services clearly and compassionately
- Coordinate services between families, Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, and internal staff
- Track service authorizations and ensure continuity of care
- Manage enrollment paperwork and support compliance and audit documentation
- Coordinate schedules and workloads for Behavior Technicians
- Communicate with insurance providers to maintain accurate and up-to-date client information
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Support overall program operations to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Indiana Driver’s License and active auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks

Hourly Pay Range
$26/hour
